| About Us The Help Thy Neighbors Volunteer Center was created in 2005 under the direction of Santa Rosa Community Services, Inc. in response to our community needs after Hurricane Ivan. Under the direction of Brenda Roland, Executive Director of Santa Rosa Community Services, Inc., Help Thy Neighbors Volunteer Center became the county volunteer center providing services through RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) and Help Thy Neighbor Volunteer Center. Combined, these programs provide the citizens of Santa Rosa County one volunteer center to connect volunteers and organizations together.
